Idaho Potato Drop Receives National Attention

What started as an idea in 2012, the Idaho Potato Drop,  has grown each year in scale, quality and reach. Leading up to the big event on December 31st,  hundreds-of-millions of impressions had been reported from USA Today, Nasdaq, Fodor’s Travel, US News and World Report, ESPN, Seattle Times, the Associated Press and countless other media  outlets.  It has been a pleasure to be a part of this major event and see it grow over the years. This year Peterson Toyota joined local Toyota dealers at the USASA “Big-Air Rail Jam”.

Here is little ole Boise, Idaho on the Today Show.

Just recently ABC’s new hit game show “Child Support” asked contestant Darrell:

Each year in downtown Boise, Idaho, they celebrate New Year’s Eve by dropping a seventeen-foot replica of what?”

Did you think he got it right?
